Job Description
Under general supervision, manages the development and coordination of the purchasing and contracting process. Monitors, evaluates, and tracks the performance of assigned contracts for the Board. Ensures contracts are in compliance with federal, state, local, and programmatic guidelines and/or financial requirements. Responsible for vendor maintenance. Resolves issues related to purchasing and contracts. Ensure contractor performance according to contract requirements and specifications. Supervises subordinate staff who are responsible for purchasing and contracts. Establish and implement a comprehensive training program for areas of responsibility. Provides technical assistance to staff and Board members.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university AND Two years of contracting-related experience OR Six years of contracting-related experience OR Two years of experience at the lower level (LEP031) or equivalent position.
