General Description and Classification Standards
Provides supervision and direction to the staff of the security department. Responsible for the security airport operations as outlined in the Airport Security Program. Conducts security audits, vulnerability assessments, and prepare status reports concerning airport security. Occasionally, assume responsibility for the division in the absence of the director.

Supervision Received
Normally receives guidance regarding group objectives, scheduling, unusual priorities, etc. but is free to set work methods and individual assignments.
