There’s an App for That!

ATLANTA—In an effort to increase efficiency and build a world-class digital infrastructure to help the residents of Atlanta save time and money, Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms announced the “soft launch” of the City’s new ATL311 mobile app. Mayor Bottoms called for the creation of this app while a member of the City Council.

ATL311 is the City’s primary channel for non-emergency services and information.  Whether you are a resident, business owner, or visitor, help is now just a click away.

“The creation of this app is about making it more simple to receive and respond to the concerns of our residents, business owners and visitors,” said Mayor Bottoms. “We will continue to expand the use of technology to improve the customer service experience.”

With the ATL311 mobile app, reporting problems such as potholes, graffiti removal and solid waste services is easier than ever. You can also track the status of service requests and access a wide range of information with the MyCity function within the new app.

The ATL311 mobile app is being offered in beta mode for a limited time to allow invited users to try it out and offer feedback, which will be used to update and improve the app before it is officially released to the public.
